What You'll Do
- 1Turn unclear product problems into clear, testable specifications
- 2Run end-to-end agent workflows, then review the resulting change as a whole
- 3Own what your agents ship: debug to root cause and add tests or rules to prevent repeats
- 4Ship small and medium features end to end, including deployment
- 5Build production-quality, reusable React components
- 6Challenge unclear requirements and explain trade-offs to product and engineering
What We're Looking For
- 3-6 years of frontend software engineering experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong React.js, Redux and JavaScript: component contracts, state, rendering performance
- Proficient with HTML, CSS, JSON, build tools, Git and Chrome DevTools
- Active use of AI coding assistants such as Claude or Cursor, with judgement about their output
