What You'll Do
- 1Design and operate production cloud services
- 2Lead incident response and post-incident reviews
- 3Define and improve SLIs, SLOs and error budgets
- 4Build automation and self-service engineering platforms
- 5Mentor engineers and lead reliability initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience operating large-scale AWS or GCP services
- Deep Kubernetes production expertise
- Strong Go or Python engineering skills
- Experience with Terraform, Helm and distributed data platforms
- Experience leading incidents and cross-team engineering work
